On the Lower East Side if he was just a regular guy he would be in jail right now.  Jail is the poor people's rehab but still it would have prevented him from alleging over dosing on substances like booze and drugs.

An obese blogger that is a very large white male even likes to photograph homeless people at their most vulnerable, drunk, naked, high and even posted a photo of an African American woman, 56 years old, blind in one, drunk out of her mind topless in Tompkins and it was not a flattering photo.  I mention the blogger is obese because he is an extremely vain man who even dyes his hair including his beard black because he is so vain and does not want to be photographed.  I spoke to this woman when she was sober and she said she would not want this photo on the internet.  She is mostly in jail and her behavior has gotten worse and more violent which makes me believe she is ill and may need medications to help her.  Sadly I believe she is in jail...poor people's rehab.  Note:  The blogger's ex-boss who is an editor a little rag actually tried to defend the creepy degrading photo  and sent me so many harassing emails on this and other issues after I asked him to stop contacting me.  I filed an aggravated harassment complaint with the NYPD and the good news is he has stop harassing me.

It seems that the police on both the East and West Coast give Charlie Sheen a free pass (and pals)  over and over and maybe jail would save his life except Charlie is a master charmer who could turn jail in to a luxury stay and probably get booze, drugs and porn stars delivered there as well.

Charlie is clearly addicted to many substances and he is throwing away everything and everyone he has so he may be dealing with mental illness as well as addictions but he is clearly not even trying to get help and he may end up in a coffin.

I believe Martin Sheen would agree that Charlie receives special treatment because of his celebrity and it is not in his son's best interest.
